"I had to wait over 20 minutes to check in. There were about 6 people in line and it took FOREVER for them to check us in. Some customers were really really frustrated."

"The hotel was fine, except that they slip in an additional $1.50 per day "room safe rental fee" which they do not explain at check in. This seems to anger many of their customers, and makes the hotel management appear cheap and dishonest."

For onsite dining, enjoy the casual atmosphere at KC's Cafe. The Club Royale Lounge offers a spot for cocktails and conversation. There are several dining destinations within a short drive.
